childhood euphemisms: doo-doo, poo-poo, number two, kaka.
Actually, "kaka" isn't really a euphemism. It's the ancient Greek word for "shit" (actually, anything foul and detestable, of which human excrement was just one example). The same word exists as a childhood euphemism in both English and Spanish, and I presume in many other Western languages.
