Not your phone, but a work phone.
So now it's an incident report. No employer in his right mind wants company phones to be used to harass employees! Not only does it take away from your work environment, but if someone is stalking you and there are repercussions, your employer will be caught up in the investigation by surprise. Much better to be informed by the employee and to take proactive measures to stop the stalking. You don't need to have the phone records, but you will need to write up the incidents. Human Resources should take it from there.
If you're concerned about your internet activity, you need to remember all the professionally appropriate stuff you have posted and that is available to you on the Space board.
