Wasn't the most potent aid the Reagan administration provided Iraq during the Iran-Iraq war was satellite reconnaissance photography of Iranian troop deployments?

Yes, Iraq obtained a majority of its arsenal from the Soviets, their traditional ally. France and China were also big players.
