No one is advocating turning the entire economy into a state run system. No one is saying producers are evil. Your rhetoric is tiring. Health care is an industry that should not be "for profit" to begin with, just like police and firefighters. It is a service where people come before profits, and governments all over the world do a good job at it. Whatever medical innovation come out of our system vs others are not worth the horrendous burden the private system puts on our citizens.
