Heard the start of this on the way into work on the Radio and I'm now listening to Five Live

The whole of the tube is shut down, initial reports claimed a power surge causing trouble on the underground.

But there is a confirmed report of one bus exploding in Tavistock Square, unconfirmed reports of two more buses exploding - all Buses and Tube trains have been haulted

I counted SEVEN specific reports of explosions on the tube, and reports of waste-bins being exploded as well.

One guy phoned in and it sounded like a fake, but it's since been reported as actually having happened - the bus ripped open and many many casualties.

What the hell is happening? Helen and I took the tube from Kings Cross to Hammersmith and back on Tuesday night on a night into London to see Jack Dee, we have a relative who lives in Pimlico who commutes thru the stations mentioned every morning ( he would have been well thru and in work before it happened) . This is all a bit frightening to be honest.

Yesterday the BBC website was slow because of the Olympic news

Now it's slow for seemingly very different reasons.

Another reported has said that this is almost certainly a concerted terror attack.
