If so then answer the questions honestly:
Was the outing of Plame a crime? YES OR NO.
Telling a reporter on background that someone's wife works for the CIA is certainly not a crime. There is probably more spies in State dept than in the CIA.
"If Rove did it should he not be prosecuted to the full extent of the law? YES OR NO"
Depends on what crime you have reason to believe Rove violated. He might have violated an Executive order issued by Bush regarding measures taken to stop leaks. Though I have no idea about the nature of these laws made by Bush- or if he made any that would apply in this case.
"If this was done as political retribution is it not a troubling misuse of power? YES OR NO"
That Plame who arrange for her husband to travel somewhere on govt dime, is a troubling misuse of power. In fact the whole CIA is a troubling misuse of power, exactly for these sorts of reasons. That Rove would explain to a reporter that is wasn't the upper leadership of the Bush admin that had decided to do this, but rather the something that his wife wanted done, is not troubling. It's simply the truth.
"If a senior whitehouse official burned a CIA operative as revenge for her husband not taking the party line on the arguments for starting a war, dont you think that IS newsworthy? YES OR NO"
If someone working for the CIA is trying to use their position in govt for personal reasons is this not newsworthy? Is her husband the only person who could do this task? I would be interested to know exactly how Plame did this, but it would probably reveal too much about the inner workings. E.g. did she pick up phone and talk to some pal in State Dept, or did she route through some fast track paper mill [did the people who authorized it actually know this was the wife senting her husband], or ect.
