We had lunch at the restaurant in the Space Needle (paid way too much money) and actually walked up to the entrance of the Science Fiction Museum. I had my elderly in-laws with me along with my younger children. They were tired and clamoring to immediately return to the hotel room (the kids wanted to watch cartoons). Later on, there was some bitching about the Museum of Flight but I had my father-in-law on my side with that one. One has to make painful compromises when doing family trips.
