Nuts. Both Russia and China face domestic problems
that dwarf any possible USA threat. In particular, Russia is at war with the very same group of insane Muslim fanatics that we are fighting. China has a vast Muslim population too, in addition to the crackpot Falun Gong movement. The "Cold War" is over and we won. Russia is NOT the enemy. Neither is China. The old days are over.
