I have no problem with looters, unless they start getting in the way of search, rescue, and rebuilding efforts.
I can understand taking food and water for your own survival, but taking anything else makes your survival more difficult...In otherwords, the majority of the looters are complete morons...Where are they taking the stuff they are stealing? Because its there.
These people aren't just losers of lifes lottery, they are losers of the genetic lottery as well.
If they get in the way of search, rescue, and rebuilding efforts, then they should be shot on site, without prejudice.
I support Darwinism, and many of these people doing the looting don't quilify as sustainabe life forms.
