looting has nothing to do with race.
It has everything to do with greedy people seeing an opportunity to exploit a very bad situation and use it to take property that doesn't belong to them. That the property is ultimatly going to be taken from them when they are forced to abandon it in the next few days speaks volumes about their level of intellegence...They have none...The is no worth to a waterlogged TV set...
