the sad thing is that stuff like this will cause some people to hold back on donating to the victims.
The looting, shooting, and complaining being shown on TV doesn't make one feel to sorry for those stuck in New Orleans.
That is sad because many are there because they had no way out or they were just to dumb to escape while they still could. Lets face it, others stayed behind because they saw an opportunity to loot.
If it becomes necessary to ration help to those affected, then those who heeded the warnings and evacuated before the storm hit (and are now homeless) deserve the most assistance. Those left behind in New Orleans only get assistance if any is left over.
