George W. Bush has diverted hundreds of billions of dollars and thousands of National Guardsmen to fight his pathetic little war in Iraq...a war he justified on the basis of non-existent weapons of mass destruction. Meanwhile, thousands of American citizens stranded along the Gulf Coast from Katrina have yet to receive food, water and shelter. Its total chaos down there. And its getting worse by the minute. Bush's Department of Homeland Security is in complete disarray and utterly incompetent. They knew this record storm was on its way and failed to make preparations for the human disaster to follow. The toll of this incompetence is going to be incomprehensible.
