It is the rapper's opinion that Mr. Bush hates blacks. This is not a fact, but it's an opinion. Personally, I think the President ignores the poor, and that this is the foundation of that opinion, but I think the opinion itself is wrong. His behavior doesn't support this.

I believe there is enough evidence in Mr. Bush's manner and behavior to indicate that he was slow to take the situation seriously. At this point, it's only my opinion, because I haven't read every word he released. I don't think that this makes him to blame for everything that has transpired, or even for a lot of it, but he is responsible for Federal response. After all, he always tells people that he's the boss!

I have an opinion of how he does his job, which I partially pay him for. I'm entitled to hold my opinion on his job performance and express my approval or disapproval based on my opinion. We do that all the time.
