Don't miss the comments on the bottom. They help to depict the massive ignorance which is pervasive throughout large segments of the US left today.

This anti-white racism isn't called at all by the media for what it is. It's described as an "outburst" and here you can see all the various euphemisms applied to the musician's statements.

It's tiresome and goes back to that personal responsibility issue too many folks apparently don't understand or haven't the maturity to accept.

It doesn't even make sense. If some 70% of New Orleans is black and 30% is white, then is it logical that Bush would sacrifice 30% whites just to punish the Blacks? Shouldn't Bush have sent rescue folks just to save the whites then? Wouldn't the rescue victims be hitting the white neighborhoods and leaving East Orleans to fend for itself? It's just SO stupid. And then the media picks up this stupidity and propagates it, fueling the ignorance of folks on the left who actually believe this stuff, because of their own limited intelligence.

Then when the media is running around shouting:

"BUSH HATES BLACKS! (so says hip hop artist)"

or


"BUSH SLOW TO RESPOND FOR HURRICANE!(according to editorial writers for the Washington Post)"

The left here then has the nerve to say that the right is engaged in some campaign to promote Bush when they point out the media lies for what they are...leftist LIES.

You watch, the brownshirts will be in soon to say "Of course he cares about black people! Look at Condi Rice! He promoted her to a top position in his cabinet!"

The hate that line exhibits is amazing. Unfortunately it is par for the course. The left, contrary to its supposed beliefs and the self delusion so visible here in the Zone, is really working to support hatred, racism and ignorance in many of its forms. Whether it does so out of pure hatred or sheer ignorance is irrelevant.
