I can also see a bunch of poorly trained "rescue workers" put in charge of a bunch of unruly and stressed out 3 and 5 year olds. Not to mention the pre-teen girls. I think separating them from their families and possibly putting them in UNSAFE situations is more frightening.

I mean, let's look at the profiles of pedophiles sighning up for Red Cross work...or FEMA. After all, there's a job to be done, and I doubt they'll have time to do the background checks.
Another freeking bureaucratic bumble. Let's face it, how many children were found among the dead in Louisiana? I haven't heard of any.
