Pretty much.
The Tillman story, the rescue of the "prisoners" from the hospital, complete with the heroism of the female driver, the capture of Saddam, the hiring of the journalist to tout Bush's education program, the recent staged TV meeting with GWB and the troops, and all that "Good News From Iraq" stuff you cite pretty well nails down the fact that much of what these people release is fake.
Hard to argue with that.
