Maybe in place of Darwinism, they could have planned parenthood come in and teach the little monsters about Abortion as a contraceptive.

Then the dumb ones who are to dumb to wait until marrage to have sex, and thus get knocked up at a young age, will abort their dumb babies and darwinism will take its course!

thus we could use the state of Kansas as a giant case study in Darwinistic evolution!
