I must agree with you on this, Lindy (mostly)
The best antitdote for terrorism is an ex-terrorist -- a terrorist who recants her nonsense and admits the evil of her actions in public. I think that she should be required, as a start, to help scrape up the body parts of the victims of her husband. If it makes her vomit, that is all to the good. (Of course, she must later face trial, but I would have her picking up body parts while they are still fresh and warm.)
However, on one point, I still disagree. We did not go to Afganistan to prevent terrorists from attacking the USA. They already HAD done so. They brought the war to us, and we were just returning the ball to their court.
