France Crisis & Welfare State Threaten Europe

French riots enter 17th day

Police in the southeastern city of Lyon fired tear gas to disperse stone-throwing young people. Elsewhere, rioters rammed burning cars into a school and retirement home.

Nothing says "hirable" and "engender sympathys" better than ramming burning cars into a home for the elderly and some kids' school.

A poll by a French newspaper found that 70 percent of people don't think President Jacques Chirac can solve the social problems that triggered the riots.

And why is this, do you think?

Egalitarianism works when one is dealing with people who roughly share a certain level of intelligence and sense of right and wrong. It seldom works when one turns a blind eye to massive disparities in the aforementioned.

Chirac cannot magicly transform those who would ram burning cars into an old age home into intelligent and trustworthy individuals. He can only speak in diplomatic terms of French egalitarianism as if this, in itself, should be a balm to be spread on a crumbling socialist system that failed completely to realize that many folks around the world are not fit to be integrated into an egalitarian society or that time alone will cure inherent disparities of groups instead of magnifying them.

The realization that this will not end anytime soon and is in fact a new long-term reality may be ascertained by Chirac's move to extend the anti-riot powers for 3 months.

The emphasis on "it's only temporary" to the press indicate exactly what they are focused upon. When someone sells a car and says it's "reliable"-you know it is not. When fireworks were advertised as "safe and sane"-one knew they were unsafe and usage of them was not based in rational thinking. When a politician emphasizes "temporary" you can bet they are thinking about permanence.

This Muslim unrest and potential to spread is almost eagerly awaited for in the middle east. One need only read articles like this one out of Tehran to see how justification for violence in the middle east is almost second nature and the desire to see all of the world turn into a welcome welfare state for Muslims.

The unrest could lead to many changes, as the Europeans realize that they can not be inattentive to the plight of the socially disadvantaged, whether they are from immigrant families or the majority. The rejection of the European Union Constitution in France can also been seen in the same light. These events should serve as a wake-up call for European officials.

The term "socially disadvantaged" is pure window dressing. Economics alone do not turn men into madmen ramming burning cars into schools and old age homes. This comes with sheer stupidity and a predilection towards violence in the home. It is this same ignorance and predilection for violence which makes these folks unhirable. Folks who are prone to participate in group violence against the young and the aged are societal parasites and are not "socially disadvantaged". They are misanthropic folks who wish the world to conform to their way of thinking and resort to violence quickly when they do not.

The WTC bombing, 9/11 and the Iraq war now can be seen to have provided a whole new perspective on the disparities of the world's disparate peoples and that the old egalitarian rhetoric and socialist philosophy embraced by some to address such disparities is doomed to abject failure.

As long as there is not the same intelligence or moral framework, assimilation can only be done when these folks are diluted to a great extent by numbers of intelligent and moral people. Wherever we see a nation where intelligence and ethics are in short supply, we find a cesspool of violence and inequity.

By extending the riot powers Chirac has silently acknowledged this reality. No one wishes to talk about mass deportation of these folks, but that is exactly what we will see commence. If 250 people are arrested nearly every night and convicted of participating in the "unrest" they will be deported. In 3 months this would mean the deportation of 22,500 of the worst offenders. In a year this would be 90,000.

This is the reality behind the rhetoric. France has to reduce these folks sheer numbers to re-establish balance, peace and security.

As I write this, in Europe and elsewhere, many life long advocates of unchecked immigration have re-evaluated their position. That the French far left protest's Chirac's action-as can be expected. Their power is derived solely from claiming to represent such violent "socially disadvantaged" peoples. They fear that they may no longer deceive the public by playing upon their compassion.

The world needs to maintain nations where some semblance of intelligence and ethics reign.

These nations must remain global powers and serve as an example to these many cesspools of tyranny, prejudice, hate and violence.

When immigration brings diversity, wisdom, ethics and experience it benefits a nation. When immigration brings dilution of ethics and intelligence it slowly destroys a nation. Such can be witnessed now in France.

If the world dilutes all the civilized nations, the long feared World War III and complete nuclear annihilation will be a certain reality for our future generations.

The world has it's collective head out of the sand now. We are now seeing the west reassert its leadership and leave the leftist policy of moral equivalence and justification in the dustbin.
