Although we imported the blacks as slaves for the rich southern land barons and then tried to give them equality, we still have most of problems surrounding them. We have fine doctors, professors, writers, musicians of all sorts who were intelligent enough to take a step up, but with less intelligent ones you have violence, crime, drug and domestic abuse, etc... that have become a drain on our society. Let alone welfare. But we can look at the no-bid contracts to rebuild New Orleans by government workers, rather than get the homeless and poor to rebuild their communities. It IS political. And it is capitalistic for both parties.
Is anyone really to blame for wanting to help their fellow man?
And Daniel, you are right for waving the "health care for all" in front of SDAI-tech. I guess he's wearing that WHITE hat today.
