Wake up calls are sometimes shocking.

No one likes a grating alarm, but no one likes missing the train either.

This is not one of Phil's (ROP) updates with a clear slam against the Muslim faith. This is a much broader context and framework to evaluate.

Question for you : Can you define "controlled and sensible immigration" and also reconcile it with such broad brush statements as "These mass-murdering folks are abysmally ignorant and relgiously obsessed. They are a danger to themselves and others individually. And on a national scale they represent the potential destruction of law, order, peace and tranquility within a nation."

Yes, it means you keep immigration from lands that possess religiously obsessed, violent folks to a minimum.

That's controlled and sensible immigration.

Europe suffers because it is suffers with lenient residency programs exploited by the third world. It is imbalanced. The US suffers under the load of Mexican illegal immigration who treat our Constitution and laws like toilet paper.

As more poor, uneducated and unwilling to assimilate folks arrive the society declines. Education declines. Many schools, are breaking their school districts budgets, particularly in the southwestern US, as they pay to educate illegals. Bilingual teachers are required. The rest of the curriculum goes to heck and students scores in these schools drop dramatically across the board.

Their parents see no need to (or can't) learn English. They expect things to be printed up in Spanish. Those millions who came illegally and this first major lawbreaking leads to no respect for any US laws.
Their children "legal citizens" are brought up in this lawbreaking environment which shows little interest in English or the burden they place upon those who pay taxes.

In Europe, among a sizable number if immigrants, the same insolence, indolence and lack of respect of their host country is present. They want conditions made to suit their wants and care not a whit about law, order, civility or other's rights.
