The shallowness of your thought is astounding...
You say some people cannot be rehabilitated? FINE, I agree %100- keep them in prison for the rest of their miserable lives. But state sanctioned MURDER for the sake of revenge is NOT civilized. Timothy McVeigh was one of the worst mass murderers in US history- I would have had incredible satisfaction with McVeigh serving a life term... the little coward got off easy in my opinion...
Killing convicts is permanent, and there will be 'mistakes'- innocent people will be executed... innocent people HAVE been executed- look at how many have been freed by DNA evidence... If you find the state killing innocent people acceptable then you are past reason...

And the innocent persons executed are just acceptable losses?

- There would be a lot less support for the death penalty...
- executing an innocent...
- Not hardly
- If Jaun Moreno lied under oath, and that testimony led to the execution of an innocent man, then Jaun Moreno should be charged with Capital Murder
- Death should be an option, but in only one circumstance.
