Absolutely no data indicating water was the agent in major erosion?

If I am cutting through all the BS correctly, and there certainly is a lot of it, the distribution of water minerals is showing that water was not the active agent in the major erosional processes on Mars.

Simply, these minerals are neither found at the bottoms of channels, nor at the channels' mouths.

Doesn't that sum it all up, rather completely and concisely?
