Hillary knew about Monica long before Bill lied to the world. Who do you think had Monica moved to the Pentagon in April of 96?

Hillary not knowing of the affair was a lie in itself so everybody could feel sorry for Hillary and help make Starr look bad.

Sad that most believed it.
