No one list is going to win outright. There will be negotiations to see who can form a government. I'm hoping for a government that is an alliance of secular shiite, moderate sunni, and the kurdish parties. The religious shiites will have a powerful opposition at the very least but I really hope they are kicked out of the leadership role.
Even if the current government hangs on it will be weakened and thus forced to accept more secular views.
The future will have some bad days ahead for sure, but overall it looks fairly positive.
