Don't have one. So much depends on the outcome of the election, the alliances that form or collapse, the coalitions that develop, the policies of those coalitions, and how the constitution is changed by the new government.
As I've said before, we gave Iraq a chance where it had none. That's not a guarantee. I'm still hopeful, though.
