You might want to look back at the 2001 tax cut and note the enactment provisions and schedule.
Face it, Bush cut taxes, and revenues are climbing. There are 1.7 million more payroll jobs than there were at the previous peak of employment levels.
You can try and make a case that the two aren't connected in any way, but you can bet a year's pay that if revenues were dropping, every Democrat down the last one would be blaming those same tax cuts exclusively for the revenue drop.
It's amusing for me to watch the gyrations the Left is having to go through to prove the economy stinks. There are boatloads of these theories. I suspect they'll be bringing four-dimensional math into it soon.
