I've seen plenty of evidence to convince me that Saddam had a working relationship with terrorists in general, and even with al Qaeda specifically.

I have seen nothing that implicates Saddam specifically in 9/11, and nobody from the Bush administration or any other reasonable source has ever claimed as much.

We've gone over the WMD thing before, and how so many political leaders went from "of course everybody knows he has them" to "we never thought he had them." People can draw their own conclusions. A huge load of stuff left Iraq before we got there, but like many other pieces of information, if it doesn't support the agenda, it doesn't count.

It still boils down to the same thing: If Iraq succeeds, the Left in America takes a major hit. Still, the Left has survived massive blows to its ideas in the past, and will probably survive this one. Trust me, in ten years people like you will be posting some abuse of an opposition party member in a democratic Iraq and saying, "See? See? Failure."
