re: I truly hope that some day you will learn HOW to think.

I have heard that story before but I do not believe it.
So what? It does not change the reality.... What should we believe? On one side we have decades of professional work and science by people that devoted their lives to learning the facts, or the rantings of an intellectual pissant... hmmm tough choice....

I'm not trying to change anyone's belief system, I'm simply explaining what I believe to be reality..
I agree that the reality does not change, regardless of howYOU or I interpret it.

First of all, liquid iron can not be magnetic, if any ferromagnetic material is heated sufficiently it will lose its ability to display ferromagnetic effect. The only way a hot and conductive material can create a magnetic field is if it is conducting an electrical current through it, or if it is ionized and moving at high velocity.
Look up the dynamo theory and try to learn...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamo_theory

Thanks, I found this bit of information there.

In the case of the Earth, the magnetic field is believed to be caused by the convection of molten iron and nickel, within the outer planetary core, along with Coriolis effect caused by the overall planetary rotation. When conducting fluid flows across an existing magnetic field, electric currents are induced, creating another magnetic field. When this magnetic field reinforces the original magnetic field, a dynamo is created which sustains itself.

Where did the "existing magnetic field" originate?
Sounds a lot like perpetual motion:-)
IF the main geomagnetic field is being generated within the Earth, then there must be a different method of generating the current that gives rise to the magnetic field.

The idea of the ions that are orbiting around the Earth (in the Van Allen belts) causes the magnetic field, sounds much more plausible.
only if you have ZERO knowledge of physics...

Are you implying that rapidly moving charges can not generate a magnetic field?

.
After all, the ions in the Van Allen belts have been detected with instruments, the motion of the Earth's iron core has not been detected.
That is garbage: http://www.news.harvard.edu/gazette/1996/08.15/PuttingaNewSpin.html

Don't make wild claims without doing research... Still want us to take you seriously?

It takes about 400 years for the inner core to make a complete revolution inside the Earth.

OK you got me here, I was not up to date on my geophysics.
And I really do not care whether you take me seriously or not.
