Osama 'plug' boosts book's sales

Dear Osama,

Thank you very much for endorsing my book. Sales have skyrocketed since your endorsement hit the news media. What was going to make me a few hundred bucks at most will now make me a millionaire. Now I can buy the things that I have always wanted but could never afford.
