And HOW much did the prosecutor Ken Star spend on the investigation of Clinton's indiscretion? Frankly, I think they need to haul Cheney's ass into a court room for a deposition, then call in eye witnesses and see if there was any foul play, or just negligence. I would think the attorney's family could file a civil suit against Cheney for damages. At least if he WAS drunk, he'd have to admit it and look like the perfect fool that he is.
