You don't want to go there

If the misdeeds of soldiers stationed on foreign soil were always legitimate grounds for discrediting their sponsoring organization, you'd have to look also at the long list of misdeeds of American soldiers, ugly incidents such as My Lai in Vietnam, Abu Ghraib in Iraq, not to mention the distressing regularity of accusations of rape against US soldiers in places like the Philippines and Korea.

This shit happens due to human nature, and the peculiar and sometimes pathological mindset required of soldiers if they're to do their jobs. If you want to eliminate the possibility of brutality by soldiers, you have to get rid of the soldiers. As long as anybody maintains a standing army, there will be incidents like this.

If that's the best you can come up with, then it seems like you're actually demonstrating that the UN is, on average, doing a pretty good job. Did you really intend to show that the UN's hands are cleaner than ours?
