Rape, sexual slavery and prostitution have become a problem in third world countries where "peacekeeping troops" are involved. (Balkans, Yugoslavia, Serbia)...anywhere where there is violence is an open invitation to physical abuse.

Our American troops have been accused of the same thing in Iraq.
