I think Bush is supporting this deal, between the London Company and the Arab company, for 2 reasons.
1. To keep jobs and help the economy.
2. To help with US-Arab relations.
He has fought terrorism on an almost personal obsession bases. He doesn’t ever want to see another 9/11 happen, so if he says it a safe deal, I want to believe him.
However, if he is supporting this deal, between the London Company and the Arab company, for personal gain, (which is the only reason I could see him ignoring security issues) then I would be the first to call for his impeachment.
