Bookmark my prediction on the Shuttle here

Buck Galaxy — 3/18/2006 6:45:50 AM (archived)

The July launch will be the LAST shuttle fight ever. Some piece of foam will fall off and the fleet will be grounded once more. After several weeks or months at the most the shuttle will be retired. Shuttle money will then go to the CEV, HLLV and Stick, and science funding recently slashed will be restored.

The space community will celebrate!
