“Terri’s Law†was enacted by the Florida State Legislature to give Jeb Bush the power to have Terri Schiavo's feeding tube reinserted. It wasn’t enacted by Congress. It was found unconstitutional by the Florida Supreme Court.
The law we have been talking about, Public Law 109-3, was passed by Congress and signed by President Bush on March 21 2005. It took the case from the Florida State Courts and asked the US District court to look at the case “de novoâ€.
Again, one link showing that 109-3 was ruled unconstitutional would be appreciated.
