A search at reuters.com turned up nothing, and a search of Google News using various combinations of search terms, with and without specifying "source:reuters", turned up nothing.

Kind of a shame. I almost posted something about Bush being tone-deaf to irony. It's certainly full of truthiness, but the literal truth can't be verified.
