We are talking policyholders, right? Lots of the population is too young etc. to hold one so I think that number is a bit exaggerated. I'm guessing that the error was thoughtfully provided by the author of the piece.
Also, how do you feel about the 14% of the currently uninsured who will have insurance after this?
