I saw a car that kinda looked cool

It would look stupid and ugly to many people- it had one label- "E-4"

I am thinking of buying a new car, so I looked it up- its top speed is 25 mph and it can only run 30 minutes on one charge- pretty damn useless when the nearest big city is 40 minutes away at 60 mph and 25 mph is not legal on the highway...

They really need to work on the technology...
