I wonder what part of the Constitution......

Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and FBI director Robert Mueller skipped over in law school? Oh, wait, I know it was the day they did the part that says "(Senators and Representatives)........They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during theeir Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in the going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate .........yada yada."

Apparently, being from Texas, Gonzales can't fathom "be privileged from Arrest," and I do agree with him that he should resign. Now, if the honorable gentleman from Louisiana has committed Treason, Felony, or Breach of the Peace that should have been established BEFORE the seizure. As it stands, we have yet another Republican following the Nixon precedent of ignoring the Constitution.

Anyone with regard to the Constitution should be crying out for the resignation of both Gonzales and Mueller. Either we are a nation of law, or we are not. Either we follow and enforce our laws or we do not. Either we recognize the Constitution as the supreme Law of the Land, or we do not. Or, perhaps, being a Republican means following only the laws that advance the corporatist agenda?
