But, I do agree with your injunction that Congress isn't above the law. Neither is the president. But due process is required and the present climate is that everything goes away in the name of national security. Otherwise, I could care less about some legislator from Louisiana. I do care about the Justice Dept. and the FBI thinking they override the Constitution.
