Close enough...
25 or so years ago, I watched my contemporaries become parents. Most of them started later than my parents' generation did; even so, the last h.s. reunion I went to (my 30th, in 1999), a couple of my classmates had already become grandparents.
There are a couple of Zoners who are already grandparents, too. More to come.
