"Careful With That Axe, Eugene"

Check out their first album: "The Piper at the Gates of Dawn".

Early Floyd had some great tunes, before they got a little pretentious and over-produced. Dark Side of the Moon was a beautiful album, but it marked the beginning of their decline.

How can you go wrong with a band that has song titles like

"Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun"
"Interstellar Overdrive"
and
"Astronomy Domine"

Think of it as style. I liked their 70's and 80's style over their 60's style. - REB - 6/23/2006 9:51:32 PM
