I've seen that text before and I must admit it does reproduce closely, when read aloud, what you hear on the recording.
I've also heard theories that the speech is in some ancient British tongue
like Pictish, Cornish, or Gaelic.
The third conjecture is that it's plain English recorded backwards.
When we played it for the Ouija Board it spelled out "A mental test of torture."
