I try not to be a partisan hack. I wasn’t always that way, and sometimes I fail, but I try. I realized that Politics is like a sporting event and partisan hacks want their side to win no matter what. If their side shifts positions on a topic, so do they.
I guess this is why I was ragging on Donald below.
BTW, it would be interesting to see what happens if the Democrats win in 08 and the new Democrat president decided the fight in Iraq is the right thing to do. The interesting thing would be to see the partisan hacks switch sides. The Democrat partisans are suddenly for the war while the Republican partisans find themselves against the war.
