Iran, which is where the stoning is taking place, not Iraq, is currently ruled by someone who is just fine with stoning women, and is currently seeking atomic weapons. In the real world, someone might think this is a more serious threat than whatever Kony is doing. Incidentally, I also remember your responses to the idea of using military force on Iran.
