First person I know to have a nice thing to say about Norton.

Try uninstalling it. Back up first.

After I'd sworn to NEVER use Norton or Symntec again, my sister gave me a copy of their antivirus program for my birthday. It ran fine for a year. Surprised me. No problems.

After a year they wanted more money. Didn't feel like paying them myself.

Crashed the hard drive trying to uninstall it. Wiped it out. Using their uninstall program.

Never again.
