Hezbollah can't disarm - it would be against their beliefs
Hezbollah is a crazy Shi'ia Muslim terrorist organization totally committed to fighting to destroy Israel and turn back “western imperialism†in Lebanon.
Hezbollah also has the long term goal of the establishment of an Islamic government across the entire "liberated" Arab world, without Israel of course.
Despite any public pronouncements by confused UN types, Hezbollah couldn't and won't ever disarm, any more than the Pope could become an Amish farmer. Impossible. Totally against their nature and their fundamental religious and philosophical beliefs.
