re: B5, Release Formats

RNE — 9/15/2006 4:59:48 PM (archived)

It was released in Hi-res and redone CGI on 16:9 a couple of years ago.

I have the Pilot episode and the second 'movie' on DVD, but lawd hep ye if'n ye wants to order it through Hastings Et Al, ain't gonna happen last I checked. Online ordering only.

Not to start a flame fest, but IMHO, for whatever it's worth, B5 was a much better series from a story/plot/character/set point than most of the Trek stuff. Kudos for Bradbury taking serious S/F mainstream and all that.

I do have all of the S/T movies, on VHS unfortuately, and quite a number of series episodes. Mostly ST 2cnd.

I watch them from time to time, whenever my VHS player dies I'll be out of luck though.
