The nice thing about being a card carrying liberal is that you don't need a card and there is no mold to fit into. Of course, this is the very thing that drives the neo cons absolutely bonkers. Liberals have no ascribed status, no religious litmus test requirements of religious conformity, and the lack of marching in lock-step means the Republican brotherhood is driven to paranoia by individual liberty as encompassed by liberalism.
So my friend, feel free to hate. Feel free to love. Put a flower in the neo con gun barrel if you choose. My responses will be according to my dictates and you should be free to follow yours. Liberals have problems with defining the "good" for anyone other than themselves, so they recognize the need to sit down and discuss and deliberate and negotiate positions that effect others.
Our Republican Neo con brothers have it much easier. They simply have to answer what would Jesus do as revealed by his annointed GW Bush, or his handler Karl Rove. Then get in line and march to the revealed tune.
So, if hate is what is required to get you through the day--hate on brother! If that is what gives you focus, may the force be with you.
